Four new boarding houses were completed in early 2025 by Barry Ramsay Constructions, with a total of 36 rooms with ensuites, a commercial kitchen, storm water system, commercial hot water system, trade waste, and a 20,000ltr sewer pump station. J Adams Plumbing and Gas worked in with Reece Plumbing and Thermann hot water to replace two single storage hot water units to six commercial hot water units improving the hot water supply and efficiency to the aged care home

26 rooms were upgraded at the Wilpena pound Resort, including full bathroom and kitchenette renovations

In 2024 J Adams Plumbing and Gas completed the new build of the SA Ambulance centre in Hawker along side of Alsanto Constructions

Approximately 200m of blue brute piping was laid including fire hydrants at the Enerven Bungama site

Removing the existing septic tanks, and pump station, J Adams Plumbing along side Caddy Earthworks installed a new 20,000ltr septic tank and a 8,000ltr pump station, including a massive 640m2 soakage bed for the Port Pirie Regional Council. Certainly one of the biggest systems that we have installed.

Our scope of work includes the installation of stormwater drainage, underfloor sanitary drainage and sewer systems, hot and cold-water services, a rainwater pump system, fire hydrant infrastructure and complete second- fix plumbing supply and installation
